V320 PROCESSOR HEAD

Harvester head with 2 rolls optimised for felling, delimbing and cut-to-length. However, it can also be equipped with helicoidal rollers for debarking operations.

This harvester head can be assembled with a Danfoss or Parker hydraulic main valve, thus allowing to connect to Danfoss, Parker, Motomit and other control units, turning it into a great solution for assembling on wheeled harvesters.

Equipped with two movable rear knives one movable front knive and a fixed rear knife, all with Hardox welded blades, it’s ideal for delimbing.

The machine has 2 length measuring systems. One of the systems is built inside the 2 motors and the other is in the measuring wheel in the centre of the machine. The operator can easily switch the measurement system using the display.

The diameter sensor regulates the roller and knives pressure in order to ensure a perfect debarking without damaging the wood.

The system can be controlled using VICORT proprietary software or can be integrate with existing control systems.

This harvester head can be assembled from 12 to 18 tonne tracked or wheeled harvesters ensuring productivity in rough working conditions.
